A Beautiful Wedding At Halkyn Castle: A Feast to Remember

We were delighted to cater a wonderful wedding recently at Halkyn Castle, and it truly was a day to remember. With 150 guests, we had the pleasure of serving up a delicious menu that was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

The celebration began with a vibrant antipasto spread, offering a selection of cured meats, cheeses, marinated vegetables, and fresh bread, a perfect start for guests to nibble on while enjoying each other’s company and soaking in the beautiful surroundings.

For the main event, we served our signature hog roast, which went down an absolute treat. The slow-roasted pork, with that perfect crispy crackling, paired beautifully with traditional sides and a tangy apple sauce. There’s something about a hog roast that always brings a smile to people’s faces, and it certainly did just that for everyone at this wedding.

To finish the meal, we provided delightful desserts that left guests coming back for more, the perfect sweet ending to a perfect day.

The atmosphere at Halkyn Castle was fantastic, and the lively band really helped set the mood for an evening of fun. We feel so honoured to have been part of such a special day and to have helped make it even more memorable for the happy couple and their guests.
